One of My Go-To Appetizers




As I was moving over some old photos and posts, I came across this oldie but goodie!  Before we moved, this was very likely what I'd be bringing to our good ol' Cocktail Club.  I got this idea originally from Sandra Lee on Food Network but I made some changes.

They look somewhat impressive, but they are SO easy!


I use the English cucumbers and stripe them both for taste and for looks!

Then just scoop out the seeds and make room for the filling!


For the filling, I usually buy a flavored cream cheese like vege or chive and maybe mix with a little sour cream or milk until it is smooth enough to go thru a pastry bag and tip. Then I just sprinkle with dill!
